It is a great honour for us to invite you to the 40th International Scientific Conference on the Development of Organizational Sciences, which will take place between 17 and 19 March 2021. For four decades, the conference, held mostly at the Slovenian coast, has been connecting academic, professional public and students.

This year's jubilee 40th International Scientific Conference on Organizational Science Development is entitled Values, Competencies and Changes in Organizations. In the times of constant change, human is the promotor of changes in organizations and society. Therefore, we believe that the title of the conference will connect us and enable us to create possibilities for the exchange of perspectives, experiences, and opinions on our joint organizational tomorrow.
