1. Borrowing services

1.1. Students of the University of Maribor settle the contribution (€ 8.00) for the KISUM libraries at their enrolment into the University of Maribor.

1.2 The annual Membership Fee for the students of other universities and institutions is € 11.00.

1.3 The annual Membership Fee for other users is € 13.00.

1.4 The cost of a lost card is € 5.00.

1.5 Written warnings (per unit of the library material):

• First written warning (after seven (7) days from the expiry of the borrowing period) - € 2.15
• Second written warning (seven (7) days after the first warning) - € 5.00
• Third written warning (seven days after the second warning) - € 8.50
• Warning before a lawsuit - € 15.00
• Lawsuit – In accordance with the actual costs

1.6 Lost or destroyed materials

• Materials that were issued after 1st January, 2009: € 50.00 + € 6.00 for the processing and equipment costs.
• Materials that were issued up to 31st December, 2008: € 80.00 + € 6.00 for the processing and equipment costs.

1.7 Damaged materials

• Damage to the covers and/or book block - € 15.00 + € 6.00 for the processing and equipment costs.

VAT payment

If not expressly stated that the price includes VAT, the latter is not payable in accordance with Article 42 of the Value Added Tax Act (VAT Act-1-upb3, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 13/2011, 77/2018).
