Dean

The Dean is an Expert Manager of the University's member. The member's Dean also has other powers provided for in the Statute and General Acts of the University, or the powers which are transferred to him by the University’s Rector.

The Dean of the University’s member ensures the legality of work and the effectiveness of the member’s operation. For his work, the Dean is responsible to the University’s Rector, the Academic Assembly of the member, the member’s Senate, and the University’s Management Board.

Following a proposal by the Senate of the University’s member, the Dean of the University’s member is appointed by the University’s Rector for the duration of four (4) years.
