Notice of the ban on recording the teaching process

Lectures are copyrighted work, and the recording of lectures and the use (distribution) of recordings without the consent of the individuals is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorised recording and use of recordings without the consent of the individuals may constitute a criminal offence under Article 138 of the Criminal Code (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 50/12 as amended and supplemented), for interference with the individual's personality rights, in accordance with the provisions of Article 134 of the Obligations Code (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 97/07, as amended and supplemented).
