Call for applications of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences

The interdisciplinary study programme Management in Health and Social Walfare of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and the Faculty of Health Sciences - in the academic year 2024/2025, the 1st year is offered at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Kranj, and the 2nd year (enrolment according to the transition criteria) at the Faculty of Health Sciences in Maribor.

SUBMITTING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO THE APPLICATION

APPLICANTS - STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF ORGANIZATIONAL SCIENCES UM

Candidates/students of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences are not required to submit supporting documents during the application process, as the Faculty has the relevant supporting documents from its own official records, but they must have completed their studies (already defended their final thesis) by 6 September 2024. The candidate/student of the FOV must submit the thesis, correctly completed and in agreement with the supervisor, to the Student Affairs Office at least 5 working days before the thesis is to be defended.

APPLICANTS FROM OTHER FACULTIES

Mandatory annexes to the application for candidates for the 2nd cycle - Master's degree (Organization and Management of Human Resources and Educational Systems, Organization and Management of Information Systems, Business Systems Engineering):

• original certificate/certified photocopy of the diploma or diploma certificate
• original certificate/certified photocopy of the certificate showing:
  • average grade in studies excluding final thesis
  • the grade of the final thesis separately

Mandatory annexes to the application for applicants to the 2nd cycle of the Management in Health and Social Care programme:

• original certificate/certified photocopy of the graduation certificate or diploma
• original certificate/certified photocopy of the certificate showing the average grade obtained in the course of studies, including the final thesis

Mandatory annexes to the application for applicants for the 3rd cycle - PhD:

• original certificate/certified photocopy of the diploma or diploma document
• original certificate/certified photocopy of the certificate showing:
  • average grade in studies excluding the final thesis
  • the grade of the final thesis separately
• evidence of fulfilment of the other conditions for admission, in accordance with the provisions of the call for applications (doctoral studies only)

Scanned documents or photographs of the original documents and other required documents will be accepted as proof of fulfilment of the entry requirements in the application and admission procedure. In the application and admission procedures for the academic year 2024/2025, applicants must submit all supporting documents required for their application electronically via the eVŠ portal. The annexes to the application for admission may be submitted at the same time as the application for admission, or at a later date, but no later than the deadline indicated on the eVŠ portal.

The applicant will be informed of the publication of the request for completion of his/her application on the eVŠ portal by the e-mail address indicated in his/her application and, if he/she has indicated it in his/her application, by SMS. Applicants should note the closing date for the electronic submission of the annexes to their application for admission, as it is no longer possible to submit annexes after this date. Instructions for submitting evidence of eligibility are published on the eVŠ portal.

The documents must be submitted no later than 6 September 2024, using the above-mentioned method.

ENTRY

Accepted applicants will receive an invitation to enrol at the e-mail address they have provided in their eVŠ application. The decision on the outcome of the selection procedure will be notified to the candidates on the eVŠ portal. Enrolment must be completed by 16 September 2024 at the latest.

The Faculty of Organizational Sciences carries out its teaching process at the Faculty's headquarters in Kranj.
