Construction work will take place in the premises of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in August and September as part of the energy rehabilitation of buildings, which means that visits to the faculty building will be limited. All students are asked to fulfill their obligations regarding the enrollment and submission of documents by post or e-mail, and strictly follow the instructions given by the Student Affairs Office and other professional services of the faculty.

The exams will be held remotely or in the lecture hall according to the schedule. The manner of execution of the exams will be duly informed on your university e-mail address.
Students who should come to the faculty due to urgent and pressing matters must announce their arrival and state the reason, at least by 12 noon one day before the announced arrival.
Students should send a notice / announcement of arrival:
- matters related to the LIBRARY, to the e-mail address: cobiss.fov@um.si;
- matters related to the STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICE, to the e-mail address: referat.fov@um.si;
- speaking hours with the PROFESSOR, after coordination with the professor (via the professor's e-mail address), then the day before the announced visit, to the e-mail address: dekanat.fov@um.si.
Students are explicitly reminded to comply with the instructions and follow all protective measures (use of protective masks, safety distance, hand disinfection, ...).
