On 21 May 2020, the Decision on the Termination of the Grounds for Provisional Measures for Judicial, Administrative and Other Public Matters to Cope with the Spread of Infectious Disease SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) was issued in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 74/20. The Decision enters into force on 1 June 2020, which means that in view of the interruption of deadlines in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 6 of the Act on Provisional Measures for Judicial, Administrative and Other Public Matters to Cope with the Spread of Infectious Disease SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 36/20 and 61/20; hereinafter referred to as “ZZUSUDJZ") the suspension of deadlines will expire on 1 June 2020 and the deadlines will start running again. In accordance with the second paragraph of Article 6 of the ZZUSUDJZ, the deadlines for exercising material rights in administrative matters that expire during the implementation of measures under the ZZUSUDJZ are extended so that they expire on the eighth day from the day of termination of measures. This means that 9 June 2020 is the final deadline for submitting applications to calls, in which the deadline would otherwise expire during the duration of the measures.    

Other application deadlines within the Call remain unchanged.

Due to changed circumstances (COVID-19), within the first application period for Slovenians without Slovenian citizenship and citizens of non-EU Member States – foreigners, an application for enrolment submitted electronically on the eVŠ portal by 9 June 2020 is sufficient, regardless of whether the candidate has logged in eVŠ with one of the electronic identities or with a username and password.
