This year’s International Scientific Conference on the Development of Organizational Sciences 2022 will be held under the title – Society’s Challenges for Organizational Opportunities. The fact is that we are more likely than ever to cause changes that encourage organizations to face different challenges. These are, among other things, digitization, changes in social life, demographic, economic change and others. However, it is only now that we are facing a question as to how to interconnect the challenges of the society with the opportunities of organizations, which can be used as a springboard for a successful and efficient operation and the achievement of the organization’s objectives.

With this year’s international conference, we want to stimulate the mentality of all of us who work within organizations and connect in one place the opinions, views and scientific discussions that will stimulate the work of organizations in the future.
