Mission

The mission of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Maribor is to lead the development of organisational sciences in the national and international arena. To develop scientific, research, educational and professional activities in interdisciplinary fields with emphasis on business and administrative sciences, information and communication technologies (ICT), engineering and production technologies, covering both human resource management and engineering within these fields, as well as in other substantive areas, and thus to contribute to the fulfilment of the mission of the University of Maribor.

Vision

The Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Maribor, as an academically and research autonomous community, will continuously raise the level of development of organisational sciences and will be internationally recognised and comparable to similar institutions in the world, and among them, will be active as an established partner in interdisciplinary fields, with an emphasis on business and administrative sciences, information and communication technologies (ICT), engineering and production technologies, covering both human resource management and engineering within these fields.
