Department of Enterprise Engineering (DEE) deals with the engineering and issues of modern management and the administration and regulation of business and work systems. The DEE directs the development of tools and methods that ensure an optimal way to success and ensure the competitiveness in organisations.
In the educational field, the DEE provides the presence of a selection of knowledge, which is indispensable in small and large systems, such as Trade, Banking, Insurance, Industry, Farming, Telecommunications, Media, Logistics, Tourism, Public Sector Services, Health Care Services, etc.

Department of Human Resources systems includes higher education Lecturers, scientific workers, and higher education colleagues of the Faculty, who research and develop the field of personnel management. The members of the Chair for Personnel Systems:
- Cooperate in the preparation of Study and Research Work Programmes,
- Deal with the issues and problems which arise in the implementation of Study Programmes and direct and coordinate the educational and scientific and research work,
- With the help of the scientific and research activity, basic research especially, develop scientific disciplines on which the Study Programmes are based and the scientific disciplines from the related or interdisciplinary connected fields,
- Ensure the transfer of scientific and research achievements and new findings into the educational process and their implementation into the Study Programmes at all levels of study,
- Develop modern teaching methods and adjust the professional terminology,
