Tilen Medved is an assistant at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Maribor, in the field of Enterprise Engineering. He obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Maribor, in topics related to the field of ergonomics. He is currently a doctoral student in the Organization and Management of Business and Work Systems programme at the above-mentioned faculty, where he combines the fields of ergonomics and job rotation. During his studies and employment, he actively participates in research projects, international conferences and as a tutor.
