Polona Šprajc holds a PhD in Marketing and Human Resources Management. She received her PhD in 2005 at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, with the title Marketing Model of Management and Delivery of Educational Services in Higher Education. She has presented her research work at numerous international scientific conferences. Her research results have also been published in reputable international journals.
