Associate Profesor Mojca Bernik, PhD has been employed at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences since 2004. Her research interests focus on two areas: the development of HR management in organisations and challenges in the field of HR planning. During her career she has participated in numerous projects in the field of business in Slovenia as well as in international projects. Her research work has resulted in numerous publications both at home and abroad. She is the Head of the Department of Human Resource Systems at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences University of Maribor and a member of the Strategic Council of the Programme Organisation and Management of Human Resource and Educational Systems, where her research contributes to the relevance of the programme. She is involved in the development of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences University of Maribor as a member of the Management Board and the Senate.
