Miha Marič is a researcher in the field of leadership, management and organisational sciences. He holds a PhD from the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. He is currently an associate professor at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences. His research interests include power, leadership, organisational behaviour, human resource management, organisation and management. He is the author of numerous original scientific articles, technical papers, papers at scientific conferences, scientific monographs and has been an editor and reviewer. He is also involved in research projects and consultancy work.
