Marko Ferjan (born 1964) is a full professor of human resources and education. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (1988), a Bachelor's Degree in Labour Organisation (1992), a Master's Degree in Organisational Sciences (1994) and a Doctor of Science (1996). He completed his pedagogical education at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana, passed the professional examination in the field of education and training and has passed the Principal's Examination at the School for Principals. He has been working at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences since 1998. From then until now, he has been a member of the Faculty and University Senate, vice-rector of the University of Maribor, and dean of the Faculty for two terms from 2008 to 2016. His bibliography from 1996 to the present includes authorship or co-authorship of more than 100 articles and papers of various typologies and several books or book chapters, including authorship or co-authorship of 7 scientific monographs. He has twice been awarded by the University of Maribor for his work.
