Jasmina Žnidaršič is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Maribor. She received her PhD in the field of work-life balance and employee engagement at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences. She started her studies at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences, where she completed her Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies in 2006. She continued her studies at London Metropolitan University, where she obtained a Master's degree in International Relations in 2007. She has presented her research work in the field of human resource management at numerous national and international scientific conferences. She is the author of several original scientific and professional articles, and has participated in several research projects with both business and non-profit sectors.
