Eva Krhač Andrašec received her PhD in Business Process Management. She successfully presented her PhD thesis entitled "The Impact of the Application of Business Process Improvement Methods and Techniques on the Effectiveness of Organisational Systems" in February 2023 at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences. She started her studies at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, where she completed her Master's degree "Organisation and Management of Business and Work Systems" in 2016. She actively participates in international scientific conferences (SPIN, SMSIS, MANUFACTURING) and research projects and has co-authored several scientific articles on business process management published in international journals.
