Benjamin Urh holds a PhD in work process management. He completed his PhD in October 2011 at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, with the title "Predicting Business System Performance from the Perspective of Business Process Efficiency Management". He started his studies at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, where he graduated in 1995 from the bachelor's degree programme "Production Mechanical Engineering". Assist. Prof. Benjamin Urh, PhD continued his studies at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, where he graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Organisation and Management and in 2003 with a Master's degree in Work Process Management. His research work is presented at international scientific conferences and published in reputable international journals such as Processes, Coatings and Sustainability.
