The 44th International Scientific Conference of Development of Organizational Science will be held in Portorož from 19th to 21st March 2025. This year's 44th International Scientific Conference of Development of Organizational Science 2025 will be held under the title - "Human Being, Artificial Intelligence and Organization". The society we live in today is in a period of great change in many areas of our lives. Although our pace may sometimes stop, the forces of the environment do not. The pace of change often no longer surprises us. But the pillars on which we stand, the achievements of human society, are something we can rightly be proud of. Artificial intelligence is one of the forces that has recently entered our daily lives in many places. Where are the opportunities, where are the threats, where is human intelligence still an important step ahead of AI?
By bringing together national and international participants in an international scientific conference, we aim to stimulate the development trends perceived by organizations and society. It is undoubtedly more important than ever to take decisions that generate synergies between innovation, different sciences, and applied approaches, and to promote changes in business models that will lead to a sustainable and socially responsible development environment. In 2025, the linking of academic knowledge with expert solutions from business and non-economy should continue to be a springboard for stimulating the mindset of all of us working within organizations. In Portorož, we will reconnect opinions, views, and scientific and professional debates that will stimulate future action for all of us, both within organizations and in society at large.
