When a person without student status fulfils the conditions for advancement to a higher year of study, he/she must inform the Student Affairs Office in writing, no later than in the first half of September of the current academic year, by sending an e-mail (Subject: enabling e-enrolment after interruption of studies) to doktorski.fov@um.si.
