The Management Board of the University’s member controls the operation of the member in matters of a material nature in regard to decisions adopted by the member’s Dean in the process of management, and disposal of the resources acquired by the University’s member in legal transactions, in its own name and for its own account.
The Management Board decides on matters of a material nature regarding the disposition of surplus funds that the University's member created in accordance with the Work Programme, financial plan, and the final account of the member from the activities under Article 14 of the University's Statute.
The Management Board of the University's member has three (3) to seven (7) members who are elected by the Academic Assembly of the member following a proposal by the Dean. The members of the Management Board may also be other employees of the member. The Dean and the Secretary of the University's member are members of the Management Board by virtue of their status. In accordance with his/her function, the member of the Management Board of the member is also the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs.
The term of the members of the Management Board is four (4) years.
